<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Honeywell RAEGuard 2 PID is a fixed photoionisation detector (PID) that measures a broad range of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The Honeywell RAEGuard 2 PID operates on 10 to 28 VDC and provides an analog (4-20mA) three-wire signal output and RS-485 Modbus digital signal output. Calibration and maintenance have been greatly simplified as the digital PID module can be easily removed in hazardous locations for calibration or maintenance.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Honeywell RAEGuard 2 PID has a graphic display and local sound alarm and LED light status indicator. In addition, Low, High, and Fault relays can be configured to trigger external alarms or process controls. &nbsp;A magnetic key interface enables the detector to be calibrated and operational parameters adjusted with the explosion-proof enclosure in place.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Honeywell Series 3000 range of transmitters provide comprehensive monitoring of toxic and Oxygen gas hazards in potentially explosive atmospheres. Suitable for mounting both indoors and out, they are available in two versions and offer excellent versatility. The MkII is contained in a flameproof housing, has an intrinsically safe sensor connection and is for use in predominantly Zone 1 applications. However with the use of the optional remote mounting kit the sensor of the MkII can be mounted in a Zone 0 environment. The MkIII is for use with a separate suitable IS barrier allowing the complete transmitter to be used in Zone 0 applications.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Honeywell XNX&#8217;s advantage comes from a simple-to-use, low-maintenance universal platform that works with other safety equipment on a digital bus system, including Honeywell Analytics’ own Searchline Excel, Optima or other gas detectors, industry standard PLCs and third-party gas monitoring controllers.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Honeywell XNX supports Electrochemical, Infrared and Catalytic Bead gas monitors and uses standard 4-20mA wiring and HART; options include Modbus, up to three relays and a local Hart Adapter for configuration and diagnostics using existing HART handheld devices.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The enclosure is available in stainless steel or aluminum, with a marine-grade coating. Five threaded ports, available in metric or NPT versions, and ruggedized mounting options provide ultimate installation flexibility.&nbsp; Instrumentation built on various sensing technologies can be attached locally to the transmitter or remotely with the appropriate accessories.&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Honeywell XNX user interface provides Alarm, Fault and configuration support via a large dot matrix display and LED indicators. Icons supported by seven language selections are used to ensure ease of operation around the world.&nbsp;</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Honeywell Sensepoint range of flammable, toxic and Oxygen gas detectors offer users a high quality, low cost solution to their industrial gas monitoring needs. Installation in potentially explosive atmospheres is made by the use of a suitable Ex d or Ex e approved junction box. The industry standard outputs from Honeywell Sensepoint are connected to either a choice of Honeywell Analytics’ controllers or 3rd party DCS / PLC systems. Both flammable and toxic versions are certified to the latest European ATEX safety and performance standards.<br><br>The flammable detector is available in either % LEL or PPM detection range versions and provides&nbsp;an industry standard mV bridge output.&nbsp;Typical life expectancy is greater than 5 years, after which the detector is simply replaced with a new one.<br><br>The toxic detectors are supplied pre calibrated for easy installation and provide an industry standard 2 wire 4-20mA loop output. User connections are Ex d, while front end Intrinsic Safety (IS) design allows for easy exchange of the replaceable sensor while powered.&nbsp; IS design also removes the need for a sinter enabling very fast speed&nbsp;of response and detection of ‘sticky’ gases such as Chlorine and Ammonia.&nbsp;<br><br>Honeywell Sensepoint has proven its suitability across a wide range of demanding applications by delivering high performance and reliability at an affordable cost.</p>
